Bucky was OUTSTANDING to work with. I'm an absolute nightmare of a home buyer -- I'm high maintenance, have a lot of questions, ideas, and needs and yet Bucky was a really good fit to help. He has the perfect balance of offering tips, ideas, and plans, without being pushy in any way. He also preempts a lot that you then don't have to worry about. He knows both the city of Chicago and the suburbs and was able to help us as we made MANY MANY pivots. Highly recommend for home purchasing. I'll also say (and I think this is as important as the actual home buying elements) that Bucky is a great person. He's nice to be around, he's nice to talk to, he's nice to include in family discussions and decisions. There are so many wonderful things to say about Bucky, one of the most important one is that he is everything you could ask for when buying or selling your house. Bucky was fantastic to work with. I was trying to sell my fixer upper house in a hurry as I was relocating across the country. Bucky helped a lot with how to stage (paint recommendations, furniture, etc) and in the process had so many contacts to make things easier for me especially after I had moved. Things like movers, removal companies, and even going back to the house to help with some last minute cleaning and keeping things up to snuff while I was 1200 miles away was a real time and stress reducer. At the end of the story we got the house under contract within a month of listing and I never had to come back to take care of anything. After all was done with the sale he was still a great help in retrieving some important mail that had been shipped to my previous address. Other than being a great person, there was nothing in it for him, so I would highly recommend. Dan L.

Bucky is a true professional. I flew into Chicago for the weekend with my boyfriend with the intent to see as many properties as possible that fit my requirements and he certainly obliged and dedicated his entire weekend to me. To say we had a fantastic experience with Bucky is a major understatement. When I met, I explained to him our dilemma of trying to sell two condos and purchase another one and trying to coordinate all of that to happen simultaneously. His response, "No problem". From our first meeting, my fiance and I felt very at ease with Bucky. He took time to get to know what our tastes were in properties and where we wanted to live. When we went for showings, I thought we would see 1 or 2 places but he was able to line up 5-6 showings each day to make the best use of our time. We were already impressed. We were very picky with finding the right place but after a while of looking, Bucky found two that we were very excited to make an offer on. One of which ended up being our new dream condo. To not make this post longer than it already is... we had some issues with the buyers of both of our condos. Bucky was so helpful in resolving all the issues and acting as the intermediary. I don't even know where to begin in this review. Bucky was recommended to me by a friend of mine at my son's school. He was nothing short of amazing! We were moving on a very tight deadline due to relocation, he would always make himself available to help with whatever we needed in getting the property ready for show. So we started our process of finding a home well before we had even been pre-approved for a purchase. Bucky did not shy away because there was no pre-approval letter in place.
